Part of the joy of traveling for me is being exposed to something different than what I am used to. It does not have to be extraordinary, and in most cases usually it is the little things.
I always enjoy checking out the airport magazine stand and this colorful cover of Flow magazine caught my eye at Charles de Gaulle airport.
After a bit of flipping, I searched online to find this statement about Flow:
We dreamed of a magazine with which we could explore our love of paper. A magazine of unhurried time, all about doing things differently and making new choices. Small happiness, daily life and the beauty of not always managing to be perfect. That is how Flow began. Flow is all about positive psychology, mindfulness, creativity and the beauty of imperfection. We love illustrations and in each issue there is a gift made of our much-loved paper. We print the magazine itself on different types of paper.
It was destined for my collection.
I was happy to also see they offer English versions & other special issues. These items quickly were added to my birthday wishlist!
I love the different texture of the paper & the little gifts along the way. I hope I have the courage to cut it up and use it, because it is too delightful not to share.
