For my Boundaries layout, I just wanted a simple page where I could write out a few of the ideas I wanted to remember regarding my word for the year. Since it’s more of an “art journaling” type of page I wanted it to reflect personal style. I chose the feather paper from the Amy Tangerine’s Plus One paper pad, again I love classic symbols.

I’ve been experimenting with the minc, so used the words I printed and foiled for the top of the page. The year is not done with the minc, and are number stickers from Dear Lizzy. I was happy with how it coordinated with the minc gold and am thinking it has something to do with being from the same manufacturer.

Journaling onto plain white cardstock with a precision pen (05). I added the two types of Little B thin gold washi tape and black photo corner for some embellishment.

Lastly I used a thicker (08) precision pen to draw the box around the words. I like the look of these freehand boxes and have used something similar before like in this layout here.
